Is there any way to display an XL cell in a HTML table?
If the XL cell contents change, it should change in HTML. I have a large product list and would change all cells so it should update on the HTML file too.

Excel is for doing arithmetic. There are many reasons why you should not use it for data. A combination of MySQL and PHP will do exactly what you want and I recommend that you learn it.
