I want to make some extra money while I apply at jobs and wait to see if I'm hired. Until I hear something from those stores, I want to make some money for prom and other school things. Since we're in a recession, I heard that print publications are cutting back on writers and downsizing. Any ideas? Are print publications still accepting writers and paying them? If so what would I have to do to write and get paid from them? How much do they pay?
Is there any way I could write to print publications despite the recession?
