Is there any trick to mingle with people very easily?

I feel very difficulty and complex in maintaining relations with people around me. I suddenly talk irrelavent matters and i feel very tensed. Most of the people misunderstand me because of my words. I dont actualy want to hurt them but it happens. I was having bipolar. But they are not forgetting what i talked to them and showing their attitude. I have ocd,anxiety and it makes much worse because the thoughts about my past mistakes while talking to people irritate me by coming again and again into my mind. How to face it! How to face their attitude. Any suggestions??
 
Thereare stages to conversations, and i think the reason you are getting your anxiety is that you are on the improper stage. You must first master the art of letting other people talk about themselves. Ounce this is done than you can really start to impose your thoughts. Remember that there is really no consequence to talking, and mistakes are just things to learn from
