Without visiting any clinic or doctor, you can temperature track. Just google it and it will tell you how to do it. Basically you take your temp at the same time each morning before getting out of bed. Before ovulation your temps are lower, and the day after you ovulate they go higher and stay that was until your period begins. This lets you know for sure that you are ovulating and therefore fertile. You should have at least 10 days of higher temps after you ovulate. If you have less than that it's called a luteal phase defect and can prevent you from getting pregnant. If you arent seeing any temp change, this can mean you aren't ovulating at all.
