them a little tastier? The sandwiches im planning to do is tuna, cheese savoury, corned beef savoury and ham, its for my daughters 3rd birthday, a little tea party
sorry i should have mentioned only about 3 young kids, mostly adults

black olives
banana pepper rings
spicy brown mustard
green peppers
chipotle or horseradish mayonnaise
tapenade
red onion slices
leaf lettuce
artichoke hearts
roasted red pepper strips

For 3 year olds I would stick with peanut butter and jelly, maybe pimento cheese and more kid friendly things. Tuna, corned beef is not that kid friendly. Fine for adults but you ave to think on a 3 year olds level.

Serve sweet tea & Apple juice, clear grape juice. PBJ sandwiches cut in different shapes, have fruit with marshmallow cream and cream cheese mixed together (it's so good), have cup cakes and let them decorate their own. Kids are kids and they'll love anything a mommy serves. As far as finger sandwiches maybe make some mini grilled cheeses. Put ham in some of them or something.

Yeah, I'm also a tad confused. Are these sandwiches for the adults or for your daughter and her friends?

Anyway, how about

Bread & butter pickles
Pickled sweet onion
Avocado "mayonnaise"
Sliced plum tomatoes
Variety of cheeses
Fresh horseradish
Whole grain mustard
Dijon mustard
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Marmalade
Salsa
Pesto
Aioli

flavor your mayo, roasted red peppers or roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, put mayo in the blender with whatever it gives it a new color and new taste.

and it's really good
