My church is holding a benefit, and they said they'd like me to hold a booth to paint nails at. We are putting up a $5 nail painting with about a $3 design (optional). I do not have a license or anything. I'm just a regular person who can do nails and designs. We are just trying to make sure this benefit does not get bad attention by accidentally doing something illegal.
