Is there any risk of electrocution from a 12v to 110AC plug in car inverter?

I was thinking of running a couple of strings of 100v AC Christmas lights off my car using a plug in inverter. The inverter plugs into the cigarette lighter and is rated at 95W. The lights are LED and draw 4.8 watts.

There is always a risk of a good shock or the slight possibility of electrocution from a 120V AC source.
How about a visit to a camper dealer or auto supply outlet for some 12 V light stings?
