There is a couple attending our church who is pretending to be married. But, she is actually married to a deployed man in the military who is still supporting her. The "husband" who lives with her doesn't work and neither does she, apparently they mostly live off of her military husband's money. As far as we know, the military husband doesn't know about this. Eventually he'll find out, but now that we know, some of us feel like we're not only helping her cheat by ignoring the problem, we're letting one of our soldiers down. Is there any one to report this kind of thing to?

You can report it to the soldiers first sergeant. But, it's really the wife's place to tell her real husband what has been going on

The bad thing is No she can not get in trouble for it. What you would have to do is tell him, or some one from his unit. The military really wont get into it unless HE was cheating.

I would want someone to tell me if it were my wife. I would tell him, that way he could try to change his direct deposit into an account she cannot access and then he could try to set up his bills where he could pay them online while overseas (or maybe give a trusted family member his new account so they could take care of all his home bills while he is away). He could probably also get in touch with JAG and maybe his chain of command to figure out where to go from there.
