I've been trying to reach pinnacle financial group forever!!!
I call and they don't have any menu options just a voice that repeats (over and over and OVER) 'Thank you for calling pinnacle financial group a representative will be with you shortly' I had to listen to that for 28 minutes before I finally hung up. I've tried so many times to reach them... I've checked out there website everything. My T-Mobile bill is sitting in collections and I just want to start some sort of payment plan and get it payed already.
I'm just really frustrated with these people and I feel like I'll never get this sorted out.
