Is there any other way to unlock my WoW account?

I haven't played for a while (vacation) and when I tried to log on to battle.net it said that my account was locked due to suspicous activity. I now need to reset my password but I don't even remember getting the license key for my game (digital) and whenever I put in the right answer for the security question it just takes me back to the main page. I've been wanting to play for a while and I can't log in to make a ticket so please help me
