i love watching the tour de france, tour of california and olympics every year, but i want to know if there are any other bike races on tv in america

There used to be the Coors Classic that rode through Colorado and the Tour of America out in the east coast. You've already mentioned the ones I can think of. The channel called "Versus" carries most cycling races.
 
Versus has a show called "Cyclism Sunday" every week. It features the weeks races. Just check your TV Guide.
