Is there any martial arts that cover this criteria?

A martial art that incorporates -

Striking - Punching, Kicking, Kneeing, Elbows, Stomping.

Takedowns - Throws / Takedowns/ Sweeps (Gi and No Gi)

Grappling - Ground Fighting - Grappling, Striking,Submissions (Offense and Defense) + Stand up Submissions

Dirty / Unique tactics - Biting, Hair pulling, Eye gouging, Ball sacking.

Weapon Usage and Disarming.
 
Yes, I was taught all those by my first teacher except the biting. It is now discouraged because if you draw blood when you bite and the other person is HIV positive you have a chance to contract the disease. Other than that I think any martial art that teaches self defense should teach a little of everything no matter the style.
 
kuk sool won cover a lot of that, Testa do a lot of dirty fighting, muay thai, krabi-krabong, jujutsu ............ you probs going to need to do more then one if you want to do all of that.
