is there any martial art like Combat Sambo?

I really want to take Combat Sambo, but unfortunately, there are no schools in my city (Winnipeg Manitoba). Is there any martial art close to combat sambo? And don't say JuJitsu or Mixed Martial Arts. Because in JuJitsu they don't allow punches or kicks, and I don't want to take more then 1 martial art. Is there any sport martial art that allows grappling and strikes?
