jeopardy job-loss due to medical? My mom is a diabetic with high-blood pressure who had a double mastectomy on March 11th of this year. She, thus far, has used all of her PTO & FMLA. She is now in jeopardy of losing her job. This means she will no longer have a paycheck, insurance, or have the proper coverage to keep up with her doctor which she has to see every two weeks. Also, she will not be able to pay the doctor out of pocket. She is unable to return to work without restrictions and her doctor will not allow her to return to work without them. The doctor has said that it will be several of months before she will be able to go back to work. (She works in the hospital ER department) Please if you can offer any help or insight we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
