I have been using AT&T in my company for a while, one day someone in a AT&T shirt come to my company and tells me about some discounts. I was interested in the discount and I accepted them but then he told me about how my package included DirecTv for the company, I told him I did not need directv. He said that no worries it was included in my AT&T recite, I said ok then. A few days they later they installed the DirecTv cable box, I wasn't really interested in using it so I didn't. In October I started getting bills from DirecTv I disconnected the cable box and called AT&T right away. The people at att said they did not know anything about directv being in my contract and that how could to different companies combine their bills. I then proceeded on calling directv they told me that I signed a contract and that I had to pay. I didn't pay that bill since that was not what the person from att had told me. I persisted on calling both of the companies and then called the company the representative from att were from. The company told me that I signed a contract and that they had nothing to do with that. I have been calling all three companies since the first time I got a bill, I even left messages on their websites and they haven't found an answer. Last month I called the company that the representatives were from and one of the woman that helped me said that I was not eligible for that plan ever, so that meant they had made me sign for the directv contract without my permission and then made me think I had that already in my att contract. I don't know what to do any more and directv already has lawyers onto me. I talked to my lawyer she said that they have calls and messages from me trying to fix problems from the start. I don't know what to do anymore, PLEASE HELP!!!
The representatives were from Nexlink Communications Group, specifically Ft. Lauderdale Branch. There site is orderatt.net. The man's name was Cesar.
