Is there any harm in cooking chicken with blood on it?

If you are an Orthodox Jew, yes it would be a big deal. But if you were, you would buy from a Kosher Butcher, and there would be no blood. In Europe they make sausages from blood, and eat them with no problems.

I have a chicken breast that has a small portion of blood on it. I plan on breading it and frying it in some oil. Is there any harm in eating it?

I make a point of soaking all my chicken in salted water to draw all the blood I can out of it. I think it makes a difference.

No there is no harm in eating it after it is cooked as the blood will cook also.
Just make sure the juices run clear.

Only if your religion calls for kosher or halal food, but then you'd buy your chicken at a shop where that wouldn't happen.
