Is there any groups like MSN used to be with chat rooms in them?

Is there any groups like MSN groups used to be, you know where you can make pages, have a chat room etc and have members in it ? i tried yahoo groups and they dont have chatrooms, tried the one MSN said to go to but they dont either, where did everyone go to from MSN groups?
