Just jailbreak your iPod (it is easy just go to jailbreakme.com on iPod and slide to jailbreak or If your iPod is too new or old watch YouTube video and do it) and after you did that you get cydia automatically you go in and search for installous installous is the same as app store except everything is free. Try to find some Mario games there if u are not satisfied go to cydia again and download NES or SNES or GAMEBOY which are practically nintendo and you can find a game you want to play after going into the app. I know you are welcome.
