Is there any doubt that melbourne is the capital of sport?

They are, though I think Sydney are more "sporty" as in the love like every sport wheras Melbourne people (most) hate Rugby and Rugby League.
Sydney Swans gets around 40,000 people to the games, pretty good considering that we apparently hate the game....(i like it)
But yeah Melbourne = Best sports city in the world because they play everything and do well
Australia = Best sports nation in the world. We play EVERY sport.

AFL premiers, NRL premiers, NBL champions, and A-league minor premiers and champions. Every major sport in australia beoings to melbourne. IT's great for sport though, other cities must improve to match melbourn teams which in turn improves competition.
