is there any current problems with the sidekick id, or the sidekick 3?

i was looking to buy a sidekick ans was wondering if the past issues with it were solved cause they seam pretty cheap online prices so are these problems still around
 
Well there wasnt really a problem with it. For a few days the towers were down and we couldnt use the internet on the sidekick. Well the problem is fixed and the sidekicks are doing great. I actually think that you should get the sidekick 2008 because its a very slim phone.
