Is there any college course for astronomy?

With your enthusiasm then the best University would be Ohio Sate. They are forerunners in Astronomy.

Yes. Most colleges will offer at least an introductory astronomy course. There may be astronomy courses intended for science majors, as well as a course for those with a casual interest in the subject. Either way, you shouldn't have a problem finding an astronomy course.
