Look into disposable addresses. You can;t stop the spam. You can send it to knujon and they will use it to try and stop it. Meanwhile, the only way to separate the spam from the good stuff is to get another address and persuade your friends to use it for the good stuff. When that address gets spammed, get another and move to it.
