Is there an Update for the Blackberry Curve 8900 to receive the 5.0 Software?

I have a Blackberry Curve 8900 with v4.6 software. My cousin just bought a Bold 9700 and it has v5.0 software. Is there any way that i can get v5.0 for my curve 8900 that is not a leaked version? Or do i still have to wait??
