roast beef joint? Because all roasts have different weights, I'm looking for an equation, or a conversion, to calculate the time needed to cook a rolled roast beef joint to rare, medium & well.
For an oven set to 190 C- 210 C,
Rare- 15 minutes per pound + 15 minutes
Medium- 18 minutes per pound + 20 minutes
Well Done- 23 minutes per pound + 30 minutes
