Is there an easier way to block restricted calls from being able to call my cell phone?

I have an LG Ally and I don't feel like taking the time to call or go to verizon to do this so is there any way do this an easier way like a security setting or an app or anything of that nature?... and please make ur answers easy to understand... thanx
