There are apps to host your itunes Music Library (OOTunes) and video Library (VideoAir) on your home computer and it acts like a server and streams them to your pc so you don't have to take up space on the iphone. Are there any to make your computer folders act like a server for photos and stream them to your iphone for 3g or through wifi other than at home? I saw a few but you had to have special hardware.
Is there an app to view photos from my home pc via 3g?
