Is there an app that makes the iPhone a bluetooth?

Ok I have an iPhone 4 and I'm trying to see if there is an app in Cydia or app store or anywhere where I can turn my iPhone into a Bluetooth device... I'm trying to use it on my ps3. My brother took mines so b4 I go waste mOney on another one I want to see if I need to go buy another one. Btw my iPhone is jail broken
