Is there an app that lets my ipod touch use bluetooth?

I have ipod touch 2g with software 4.0
at the moment i can connect with other Iphone and touches but really want to be able to transfer files e.g. music with other bluetooth devices.

i don't want to jailbreak my ipod so i can get ibluetooth or ibluenova.

I would like it to be free or cheap
