Is there an android app that can detect when I get home and play music?

If not... short of programming does anyone have any ideas about how I could string a bunch of apps and tech together to do this?

Bonus points if its specifically the music I am already playing.
Also it would be nice if it could turn it self off when the bluetooth gets out of range.
