Is there an amendment that discusses the violation of physical rights?

A: Yes, of course.

This however is a violation of the law, only. there is no constitutional amendment that would guarantee freedom from being randomly assaulted while walking up the street. this could however fall under the heading of a Federal crime if the person was attacked because of his race, religion or national origin.
