I dropped my car off last weekend at a major chain automobile repair shop. While waiting for three hours to get my tires rotated, I got the impression that they totally rip people off. I know a little about cars, so I understood car mechanical issues a little more than the other car owners. The clientele at this shop tends to be lower class minority women. Basically, this car repair shop tells these people anything and they believe it. When it came to my car, they told me a list of things that needed repair. It would have coast hundreds of dollars. I took my car to my dealer and they said that was bullshit. My question is there an agency or a website that I can report these con artist to. They really taking advantage of the clientele that does business in that shop and I don’t think that is right.
