Have you seen him in Sin City (non speaking part but, still managed to convey the character's creepiness), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (he played the most irritating character) and of course Lord Of the Rings . He played three totally different characters and showed a lot of range.
Keanu Reeves, Paul Bettany, Jude Law (easy or not, until he stops making films he's fair game) Elijah Wood (Looking wide-eyed past the camera does not a range make)
Film actors - Orlando Bloom is fairly bad, plus has an annoying little squashed up face (see Black Hawk Down with shaved head for evidence - not nice at all, compare to Peter Sarsgaard and Jake Gyllenhaal who both managed to look damm fine in Jarhead without their hair - both far better actors as well)
I can't believe no one's mentioned the undisputed king of acting shiteness, Hayden Christensen. All the way through Attack of The Clones and Revenge of the Sith, his utter ineptitude and inability to act in any way whatsoever had me cringing in embarrassment. Fair enough, he had some truly awful dialogue to contend with, but even so - He's at the top of a pungent pile.
Paul Walker
Keanu Reeves
Hugh Grant
Ben Affleck
Max Beesley
The winner by far (after Orlando & Jude, of course) can only be Paul Walker - the only actor around at the moment who can make me switch off at the first sight of his name in the credits - diabolical, atrocious
Ben Affleck drives me mad, he is just so bad.
Tom Cruise always seems to just go thru the motions in his films as well, he could phone in his performances.
