Is there a Wireless Router that you can plug up an Alltel Wireless Device too?

i've been in this situation with an alltel phone n it sucks i no. i wanted to use other computers with the same phone. there is a solution. you need to hook the device to your computer and buy online a router that plugs into your usb. it uses the computer to get the internet and broadcasts it as a wifi signal
 
I have heard about Wireless Routers that you can do this. But I don't know if it is true because I tried to find them online. Can anyone help me? Supposedly you can plug it up to a Router and your whole house can get internet from that one. X-Box 360, Wii, and any other Wireless computers are supposedly able to pick it up if you have this Router.
