Is there a will in the Mexican and Latino communities to address the gang culture

in and out of prison? Do they have resposible TV shows which encourage values and denounce immorality on the whole?
All i see is glamoure and vulgarity-- unless I am missing something--Let me know if so.
 
The same thing is present in the Black community.

Shows and music definately glamorize the gangster life style.

Its sad.
