is there a website where you can see a newspaper from a specific date? need help fast!?

i need a newspaper from a specific date from 20 years ago so i can give it to someone, but i cant find anything that could help me. i need a specific article too. i don't know the name of the news paper, but if anyone knows anything about a newspaper from july 5 1988 in fresno CA, it would be helpful...
 
Try http://www.newspaperarchive.com This site allows you to search for specific dates, people, events, and/or newspapers. It is a membership site, but I believe you can do the initial search for free.
