Is there a website that I can enter text and it will give me an HTML?

I want to be able to color, change the size of, and center text, and have it changed into an html code that I can post, is there a website that will do it for me?
It's to edit a profile on Chatango.
I also need to be able to copy and paste it. x.x
 
That sounds like dream weaver.
but it also sounds like you want CSS code not html.
I assume its for skinning a profile?
please tell us the site because every site has different generators that works with the html.
 
If you have Microsoft Works or Microsoft Word, you should be able to do all your formatting in the document as normal, but then save as HTML format instead of .doc format. (File > Save As).
Other word processors probably also support this.
