Is there a way to write HTML code in Galileo Eclipse?

Hello, im going to start writing Javascript code in my class next week. We are going to be using Galileo Eclipse. I want to know if it is possible to write HTML and CSS code in Eclipse. So far I have seen tutortials for only Java. I just want to know how I can run my code in Eclipse to display like it does when im using Notepad. Tutorial or straightforward answers appreciated !
