Is there a way to watch Flash Player Videos in Full screen (read details)?

I have a dvd with collections from a magazine and some videos that came with it.

However the only way to play it so far is with Flash Player.

Problem is that it only opens in a small window.

How can i get it to play full screen? Flash Player doesnt seem to give me the option to go full screen
