Is there a way to switch my service to my friend's cell phone and she switch

hers to mine online? My friend and I want to switch phones with eachother (we are both verizon). We were wondering if there is a way we can do it online and if so how would we do it?
 
Well you can just call verizon
the number is 1800-922-0204
just say you have a phone laying around in your house that you want to switch to
they will ask you to read them the number in the back of the phone
and then i think it will switch it for you
then your friend will call up and say she wants to activate your phone.
 
if you only want to switch phones not phone numbers then just take out the sim card and replace it in the other phone---simple as that.
