is there a way to start my 2004 honda crv temporarily so i can get it to the house for repairs the starter is?

the motor wont start it just acts like the battery is dead but the battery is brand new . if keep turning on and off the key it eventually starts. However now it wont. I just want to get it to the house without a huge tow bill
