is there a way to save more than 1 .jgp image file to your computer?

well i saved an image earlier, and now i'm trying to save another but it says i have to delete the other. is there a way i can like put it in my photos, or just save as many as i want?
how do you save it to your documents then? and is there a way to move them to your photos?
 
Hard to say what's wrong without more detail. Are you trying to use the same file name?
