Is there a way to save an iPhone contact image as an image file?

If your have an iphone and you take a contact picture, it doesn't appear in the pictures folder.

It's actually saved into a file called AddressBookImages.sqlitedb

I was wondering if there was a way to extract data from sqlitedb
