Is there a way to put in an O.E.M. Cruise Control in to a 1996 Chevrolet

Caprice Police Package Sedan Car? As a Follow-Up question...How costly would this be to put in a cruise control in 1996 Chevrolet Caprice? I'm looking to buy a 1996 police package Chevrolet Caprice that does not have cruise control and I do a lot of freeway driving and like cruise control.
 
It would probably be easier, quicker, and less expensive to install one of the aftermarket cruise control kits.
 
cruise control is goin to be the hardest and most expensive thig of it all. the rest is pretty easy
