Is there a way to play music from my Sony Ericsson W518a on my car stereo?

I use a tape deck thing in my car for my iPod but since the Sony uses a different port (I think someone referred to it as a fast port?) I can not connect it. Is there a tape deck converter for the Sony phone or a fast port adapter? Thanks!
