Sorry that it's so long. Before I start, I have to tell you that I am a Christian and so is my friend. I am also 17 and so is the girl in the story (Kim).
Ok, now to the story. I became a Christian back in May. I started to get involved in my church and the more I got involved, the more people I met. In June, I met this girl, let's call her Kim. I would see her whenever I went to church on Wednesdays and Sundays. We would talk whenever we see each other. I learned that she became a Christian around the same time that I did and was also very involved in church. Then school started back up in August. Around that time, I started to grow feelings for her and I began to like her. After we have been in school for a bit I started to see her less and less at church because of school work. Since I didn't see Kim as much at church, we would mostly talk over facebook. My feelings for her kept growing and soon enough I had to tell her. That's is when I found out that one of good friends (who is a girl) is really good friends with Kim. The only way for me to be able to tell Kim that I like her is over facebook or have my friend tell her. I decided that the best way to tell Kim is to have my friend tell her. When my friend told Kim that I liked her, Kim didn't believe her. Then we started to talk less on facebook and I started to talk to my friend more to find out more about Kim. Since me and Kim didn't talk as much, my feelings for her started to fade but I still liked her. About a week ago my friend told me that Kim gave up on Christianity and that the only reason she became a Christian was to get this guy. That is when my feelings for Kim went down the drain and I didn't care for her anymore. Kim and that guy didn't work out. My friend talked to Kim and she became a Christian again. Now I want these feelings that I had for her to come back cause the main reason that I liked her was because she was a Christian. Is there any way that I cant get these feelings for her back?
