Is there a way to get face book messages back?

I wanted to know if there was a way to get back inbox messages i've deleted or is there a way to see them cuz i need to see something. plz any help is appreciated.
 
no im sorry. after you delete them, they are gone. unless of course if you contact facebook, they might be able to help. but as of now, you cannot get them back. sorries =(
