Over the past year, a "group" (usually 3 - 4 together) of DPT officers would zoom by streets of my neighborhood right around the time when people come home from work to ticket each and every car they see parking on the driveway of their home (even if your driveway completely fits your car). The violation they put is "on sidewalk". I have driven around numerous neighborhoods and I have not seen a single neighborhood where there are no cars parked on driveways. Last week I came home from work, went into my house to open my garage (yes, I still have one of those historical garage doors where I have to go inside the house and manually lift it) and by the time I opened my garage door, my car has already been ticketed with a "on side walk" violation. I think this is ridiculous. This group of DPT officers are terrorizing our entire neighborhood. There has to be away to stop these ridiculous ticketing, which is by the way $100 per violation. I have talked to some of my neighbors and they have had similar experiences.
