I'm going on 25 now and have had a few instances where I would go to the doctor on certain occasions and fill out their paperwork. They usually ask for family medical history, but I never knew my father. For some reason it just hit me that I don't know half of my family medical history. My mother was married to him for a little while, so she of course knows his name and knows his parents' names; so is there any way I can find out stuff about them such as if they have had cases of diabetes in the family, heart disease, and such?
