Is there a way to embed the html link in the Youtube video?

This is for my company. I read a forum where someone said that you can embed a link into the video itself......is this possible?

yeah you can do that by Annotations and Subtitles.....
you can make a link on a video which is uploaded by you only......
just go to edit and then you will see there Annotations and Subtitles....
just try this....it would be a great experience.....
