Is there a way to download a blackberry theme without accessing internet on phone

itself? I have a blackberry curve 3330. I want to download a new theme for my phone but I do not have the data plan with internet on the phone. I obviously cannot download OTA themes. I would appreciate if you could give me the steps and a working website with themes. Thank you very much.
